We are entering another week of home quarantine in New York City and I am hearing from many people that they are reaching their ‘breaking point’. It is still too soon to know when we might start to regain some normalcy and until we are able to maintain more control of our days, having a diverse set of coping skills to implement during moments of high emotional intensity, is an excellent tool to have.
